emailbackup is a company that recognises the changing nature of traditional business and the impact of email.

With increasing amounts of email being sent, risking theft of intellectual property, with virtually no protection for business, we looked to traditional quality assurance principles to address these problems.

Based on the fact that you can only control the messages you send, not what you receive, the carboncopy process was devised: an independent copy of all of your outgoing email.

Principally the idea of Rohan Ogier, a quality assurance professional from the consulting engineering industry, personally experiencing the difficulties of exchange of data by email.

Further enhancement and technical simplicity added by Hilary Cresp, utilising her dual qualifications, a mechanical engineer and librarian, developing a simple retrieval process that can be used by anyone, regardless of IT archive skills.

To enhance the technical expertise our client support staff will ensure that when you contact us (usually when you are under pressure) that your query will be dealt with promptly and professionally. Our objectives focus on servicing traditional businesses via new technology techniques.
